Ordering & Delivery

Due to the customization of our products, we only allow returns/refunds for damaged or misprinted items. Please call us at (430) 558-4933 if there is a problem with your order. Leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours).

Most of our products are custom imprinted, therefore we do not have the items already imprinted in stock. When we must order the blank items, we will usually be able to imprint and ship within 6-10 days.

We only accept payments by PayPal. Shipping is included with all items.

If there is a problem with your order or an item is out of stock and will take longer than 10 business days to ship out, we will contact you by email to see how you want to handle the delay.
